These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kg55 platform and all related services. By registering on kg55 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this site.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. kg55 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Report any unusual activity to support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kg55 is ৳100 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — you must use your own payment account.
• If a deposit does not go through, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• If a bonus is attached, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.
• kg55 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kg55 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,500. Likewise, depositing ৳28,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you need to complete 20x betting on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed.

• The validity period for using a bonus is stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
• It may not be possible to claim multiple bonus offers at the same time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of both the bonus and the deposited funds.
• kg55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The kg55 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and loyalty to the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities violate kg55's rules and may result in account closure as well as forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or another person's identity.
• Using strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using third-party payment accounts.
• Using hacking tools, software bots, or automation tools.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

kg55 offers a variety of games including slots, cricket betting, fishing, card games, and live casino. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event and are clearly displayed in the game interface. kg55 reserves the right to change these limits under special circumstances.

6.3 Technical Failures

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or other technical reason, the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account. However, an investigation into the technical failure may be required.

6.4 Sports Betting

The rules applicable when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events are stated on the respective event page. Bets placed on events that are cancelled before the result is announced will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

kg55 is committed to providing safe and reliable service to the best of its ability. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following cases:

• No direct liability for issues arising from third-party services (game providers, payment gateways).
• For any issues caused by internet connection disruptions.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure by the User

kg55 may immediately close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration under a false identity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Any legitimate balance in an account closed for valid reasons will be returned, however funds related to bonuses may be forfeited.
